Clearwater International advises SAS on its sale to Brastec Technologies
Clearwater International has advised SAS Holding B.V. (SAS), specialist in equipment for the energy sector, on its sale to Brastec Technologies S.A. (Brastec Technologies), producer of flexible pipe and power cable systems.
SAS specialise in the design and manufacturing of reliable, tailor-made deck equipment for the offshore oil and gas industry, both system modules and turn-key systems.
Brastec Technologies design, manufacturer, and install medium and large sized systems used in the production and treatment of flexible pipes and power cables. Its clients are mainly international manufacturers that deliver flexible pipes and power cables to oil companies, such as Petrobras.
The newly created Brazilian-Dutch multinational has a global reach and is well positioned for the supply of both onshore and offshore systems.
