I joined Clearwater International Paris as HR Manager in January 2024, after working at ING Bank and accumulating over 20 years’ HR experience.
Throughout my extensive career in corporate and investment banking, I have played a key role in HR management, covering everything from talent selection to policy design and implementation.
Clearwater provides me with the opportunity to help shape a positive corporate culture, support employees' professional development, and promote collaborative working relationships.
In addition, I also hold a master's degree in Human Resources from the IGS school.
