The position
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will depend on qualifications and previous working experience. However, you will be an integrated part of our deal teams; advising our clients on financial and strategic decisions regarding their companies and providing further advice regarding the process and negotiation strategies. In close collaboration with the Partners and the rest of our team, you will assist in and conduct financial and strategic analysis of companies, industries, and buyers and prepare presentations for, and participate actively in client meetings, management interviews and pitches. Furthermore, you will be expected to work closely with our international colleagues in specialized sector teams across the different transactions.
Your profile
You have a relevant financial or economical educational background and have one to five years previous working experience within corporate finance, private equity, management consulting or other relevant M&A related services. In addition, we envisage that you:
- are analytically strong and have financial, accounting and strategic knowledge
- have a strong interest in Corporate Finance / M&A / valuation
- are structured and thrive in a dynamic and demanding high-quality work environment
- have the ability to communicate complex issues, both verbally and in writing in both Danish and English
- are effective in a team setting, contributing positively to the team and working atmosphere
- are a good colleague, committed and spread a positive mood!
