Clearwater International advises Intres on its merger with Euretco
Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of Intres B.V. (Intres), a co-operative retail service organisation, on its merger with Euretco B.V. (Euretco), another retail service organisation.
Intres has 210 employees and 1,000 affiliated retailers operating a total of 1,500 stores.
Euretco, has 220 employees and 1,400 affiliated retailers operating a total of 2,000 stores.
The merged organisation, named Euretco, will be the largest retail service organisation in the Netherlands with almost 2,400 affiliated retailers that together operate 3,500 stores across fashion, living, media, and sports. The two companies represent a total consumer turnover of approximately €3bn.
