Clearwater International advises Indaqua on the acquisition of Plainwater Serviços
Clearwater International has co-advised Indaqua, part of the Miya Group (Miya) owned by Antin Infrastructure Partners, on the acquisition of Plainwater Serviços (Plainwater).
Based in Portugal, Plainwater specialises in water and wastewater treatment services, across three regions in the north of the country: Barcelos, Marco de Canaveses and Paços de Ferreira. The company serves 70,000 water customers and 60,000 wastewater clients, in those three municipalities.
