Clearwater has advised Colisée, on the acquisition of BALM.

Bien à la Maison has become the second largest national operator specialising in home support services for the elderly and operating in the commercial private sector, with a network of more than 50 agencies.

The company expects to achieve sales of approximately €48m in 2016.

Colisée Group is a leader in the care sector in France (retirement homes and post-operative and rehabilitation clinics).

Colisée plans to fulfill its mission of accompanying seniors at home using its expertise acquired in the EHPAD sector (Accommodation Establishments for Dependent Elderly Persons).

The acquisition of Bien à la Maison constitutes a turning point in the company’s history. It allows Colisée to reinforce its national leading position in the home care sector, a few months after a first successful experience with the acquisition of Nouvel Horizon Services. The arrival of Eurazeo PME in our capital (2014) has enabled us to follow a dynamic development policy, on this occasion with the acquisition of a complementary business activity. This diversification will allow us to reinforce our dedication toward the services for the elderly, to bring new growth opportunities for the company and new developments possibilities for our employees.
