Profile

I joined Clearwater International in 2006 as Director of M&A. In Spain I lead the healthcare sector team, which includes the pharmaceutical, medical devices and health services sub-sectors. In addition, I collaborate with the technology and telecommunications sector team.

I am a Telecommunications Engineering graduate from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and hold an MBA from IESE in Barcelona.

Before joining Clearwater, I worked as an Investment Director for the Technology Fund MPI in Madrid; the strategy consulting firm Cluster Consulting in Barcelona; and for Telefonica Móviles in Madrid.

Some of my notable recent transaction include advising Ordesa on the acquisition of Colnatur; Farmalíder in its sales process; and Siliken on the entry of a new investor to finance its growth.
