Clearwater International advises AVK Group on its sale to Crest
Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of AVK Group, the Portuguese market leader in audio-visual event solutions, on the majority sale of the business to Crest Capital Partners and co-investor HCapital Partners, two reference players in Portuguese private equity.
AVK Group provides audio-visual solutions for a variety of corporate events, including congresses, trade fairs, and product launches, among others. The group serves the entire mainland Portugal market under the brands AVK and Euroservice, extending its presence to the Galician region (Spain) through the brand Global Setup. The group generated a consolidated turnover in excess of €21m in 2022 and employs c.200 people.
3AV New Skills, an entity formed by three experienced managers, will remain in the management team and as a shareholder, along with four other individuals.
