I started my career in M&A whilst also training as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) and now, I sit within Clearwater's growing and market-leading Tech team. As part of my role, I support specifically across digital transformation projects, however, I also have a range of experience working across a number of key, complimentary subsectors. I have a passion for working with high-growth businesses operating in exciting industries and my current role allows me to work closely with owners, founders, and management teams to provide high-quality strategic advice, with the aim of delivering the best outcome for our clients and making a positive impact.

After completing a summer internship with Clearwater in 2022 as part of a Master’s degree in Finance at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, I joined as a full-time analyst in September 2022 post graduating. Prior to this, I graduated with a degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin and gained intern experience with Davy Group. I joined Clearwater for the opportunity to work alongside ambitious and experienced individuals as part of a leading global corporate finance house.

I have been advising companies on raising debt finance for over 25 years. The first half of my career was spent as a lender in a bank and then I joined Clearwater as a Partner in 2009 to set up the debt advisory team. I spend my time working with both private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses across all sectors, with a key focus on the mid-market in the UK.
