Clearwater International appoints Bruce Weir as COO
Clearwater International announces the appointment of Bruce Weir as its new chief operating officer (COO) to support the firm across its 17 worldwide offices.

The appointment comes on the back of a highly productive year for the business, delivering great outcomes for clients, expanding to the Netherlands, developing its workforce, and gaining momentum with ongoing initiatives.
Clearwater welcomes a new international COO who brings over 25 years of experience within finance and operational leadership roles at various international financial services firms spanning the advisory and private equity sectors. Bruce will collaborate with all 69 partners of the firm and the wider team to create as well as implement a comprehensive company growth strategy.
Throughout his career and various leadership roles, Bruce has honed his skills in identifying and developing talent, streamlining operations, integrating new technology as well as fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. His passion for driving growth and success is evident in his track record of achieving outstanding results across multiple businesses in his career.
With his extensive experience, Bruce will support Clearwater's growth plans and drive significant improvements that will add value to the business.
