Clearwater International advises Mayden on its partnership with G Square

Clearwater International has advised Mayden, the growing health tech company behind iaptus, the market-leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) for psychological therapies in the UK, on its partnership with leading European healthcare investor, G Square, to support the company's ambitious plans for growth.

Over the last 20 years, Mayden has worked closely with its healthcare customers and industry experts to design and build insightful software to support healthcare services; enabling outcome focussed, data driven and patient-centred care.

Mayden’s flagship product - iaptus - is customised to meet the clinical demands of healthcare services, providing healthcare professionals with a variety of additional features to maximise the benefits to services, clinicians and patients. iaptus is used by over 200 mental health services across public, private and voluntary sectors, and it securely holds 8 million patient records and is trusted by over 40,000 users in the UK and internationally.

This partnership marks a milestone in Mayden’s journey and reinforces its commitment to continue to design, build and support insightful and interoperable systems for healthcare services in the UK and abroad.

Mayden recognised that to support their next phase of growth, it required a partner who brings expertise in growing healthcare related companies and shares its views on the challenges and opportunities for healthcare services globally.

The UK Clearwater International team was supported by Managing Director, Bryan Cloncs and Vice President, Benton Au from its US partner Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets.
