I have spent my entire career advising a varied base of owner-managed businesses, private equity, and corporate clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions. I began my advisory career with EY back in 2015 and I’m currently an Associate Director at Clearwater, having joined the TMT team in 2024.

My whole career has been involved in the M&A Industry. Since joining Clearwater in 2020, I have been involved in numerous transactions across the TMT, Industrials & Chemicals and business services sector, working on a variety of complex transactions advising entrepreneurial business owners and private equity funds.

I joined Clearwater International as an intern in August 2020 and held that position for four months whilst finishing my bachelor degree. I re-joined the business as an Analyst in July 2021 after completing my degree. I decided to start my career at Clearwater because of their brilliant team, their exposure to various sectors, and their European leadership in corporate finance. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences and Management from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and completed a student exchange programme at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).

Mi sono laureato presso Regent’s University London nel 2016 con esperienze anche presso l'ESCE di Parigi e l'UQAM a Montréal.
