Client satisfaction is my main objective in order to create long term relationships and repeat business. I joined Clearwater in 2010 after previous roles in M&A advisory at Close Brothers (DC Advisory) and in private equity within GMT Communication Partners in London. I graduated from IESEG with a major in Corporate Finance.

"Financial transparency" is my hobbyhorse. I have been providing financial support to companies from various sectors for more than 20 years: in the area of M&A, particularly with regard to fit for sale and due diligence; in the area of restructuring in the development and implementation of solutions with maximum benefit for all parties involved. After studying business administration, I gained many years of practical experience and knowledge in advising our clients as CFO (medium-sized companies) and controller (internationally active plant and mechanical engineering company). I have been with ZETRA AG (corporate finance consulting) since 2002 and with Clearwater since 2023.

Iason Gkenidis

My career at Clearwater began at the start of 2020 when I joined the business as a M&A Analyst, before being promoted to M&A Associate in 2022. Prior to this, I spent several months at Stecc Group as a Junior Venture Analyst. I also interned in the business control team at SuitSupply. Studying wise, I achieved a bachelor’s degree in International Business Law from Leiden University, followed by a combined master’s degree in Law and Finance, with a Cum Laude distinction, from the University of Amsterdam.
