Prior to joining the company, I worked at Crédit Agricole CIB, Capitalmind and Transcapital, where I was able to participate in several projects across the industrial, TMT, business services and agri-food sectors.

I have spent the majority of my career in Debt Advisory after qualifying at Deloitte. Over the years, I have transacted a number of deals, originated work, and developed relationships with key private equity houses and lenders in the North West region. I provide independent advice to mid-market companies undergoing debt-raising or refinancing exercises.

I’ve worked in M&A my entire 23-year career, with experience in the Big 4 (Deloitte Corporate Finance), Investment Banking (Rothschild) and now Clearwater, since 2017. I have broad and deep experience advising owner-managers, private equity investors, and PLCs. I lead the UK healthcare sector team which advises companies across all areas of Healthcare, Medical Equipment and Devices, and Pharma/Life Sciences.

Davide Mereghetti

Starting at a top London trading floor, I pioneered the derivatives market. Back in Italy, I took on increasing roles, becoming Head of Investment Banking at UniCredit, where for two decades I led the bank to leadership in M&A and ECM. I assumed the role of Vice President of the Italian branch in February 2024.

David Björkman Lebenberg

I joined Clearwater International in the autumn of 2023, to work as an Analyst at the Stockholm office. My previous work experience includes an internship as an Analyst at Brunswick Real Estate, as a Stockbroker at Avanza Bank, and in the back-office at Erik Penser Bank. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Stockholm School of Economics, with a specialisation in Accounting.

Joshua Adesoba

I joined Clearwater in November 2023, as an IT Executive in the Manchester office. Prior to this, I worked for David Luke Ltd. as a Systems Administrator for their IT team. I also completed a degree apprenticeship in IT Consultancy at Manchester Metropolitan University, while working at Stockport Council from 2017-2021. I've been involved in different IT roles over the years, from web design to programming to IT support, and I'm excited to continue developing my skills in a team full of leading industry professionals.
