Andreas Klavebäck

I joined Clearwater back in 2019 as an Analyst in the Stockholm office. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from entrepreneurs to corporates and private equity, spanning different sectors. For me, the journey has been more than just numbers and transactions – it's been about the people I've met and the lessons learned along the way that have shaped both my professional and personal life. Before Clearwater, I spent two years in leveraged finance. My background also includes experience from S&P Global in Frankfurt and Endurance Capital in Vietnam. Academically, I hold BSc and MSc degrees in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, along with a Masters in CEMS International Management from SSE and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Andreas Paulsen

I joined Clearwater as an Analyst in 2023. My work spans various industries, involving market research, analysis, and preparation of sales material. Being part of a dedicated team gives me the opportunity to expand my skills and tackle new challenges across sectors and companies. Before joining Clearwater, I served as a Teaching Assistant at Aarhus University and participated in several case workshops through International Case Teams.

As an M&A Adviser, getting the opportunity to meet and assist entrepreneurs and owners of great companies in an array of industries is a privilege. Being afforded the chance to work together to achieve an optimal outcome is an environment in which I thrive and is a strong driving force for why we always go the extra mile. I joined Clearwater in 2021 and have been involved in M&A throughout my career subsequent to studying for a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance at Stockholm School of Economics. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the golf course competing and hanging out with friends.

My biggest hobby is my work. I have always found a large motivation in advising our clients in the essential decisions that bring them forward both financially and human and I worship the trustful relations we build with our clients. I have worked with Corporate Finance my entire career, and since 2011 as Partner in charge of our Copenhagen office.
