I’m a specialist in raising bespoke debt solutions for our private equity, owner-managed, and corporate clients. These solutions cover a range of complex situations, such as leveraged buyouts, funding for acquisitions, refinancings, shareholder recapitalisations, and more. I’m very passionate about finding the right solution and the best terms to match our client’s specific needs. I started my career by training as a Chartered Accountant in the transactions services team at BDO, before joining Clearwater as an Associate in 2018. I’m enjoying a rewarding career, having completed a significant number of deals of all shapes and sizes over the years.
