Andreas Klavebäck

I joined Clearwater back in 2019 as an Analyst in the Stockholm office. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from entrepreneurs to corporates and private equity, spanning different sectors. For me, the journey has been more than just numbers and transactions – it's been about the people I've met and the lessons learned along the way that have shaped both my professional and personal life. Before Clearwater, I spent two years in leveraged finance. My background also includes experience from S&P Global in Frankfurt and Endurance Capital in Vietnam. Academically, I hold BSc and MSc degrees in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, along with a Masters in CEMS International Management from SSE and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jeg startede i Clearwater som Analyst i 2023. Mit arbejde dækker over flere forskellige brancher og involverer markedsundersøgelser, analyse og forberedelse af salgsmateriale. At være del af et talentfuldt team giver mig mulighed for at udvide mine færdigheder og tackle nye udfordringer på tværs af sektorer og virksomheder. Før jeg joinede Clearwater, arbejdede jeg som undervisningsassistent på Aarhus Universitet og deltog i case workshops gennem International Case Teams.

As an M&A Adviser, getting the opportunity to meet and assist entrepreneurs and owners of great companies in an array of industries is a privilege. Being afforded the chance to work together to achieve an optimal outcome is an environment in which I thrive and is a strong driving force for why we always go the extra mile. I joined Clearwater in 2021 and have been involved in M&A throughout my career subsequent to studying for a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance at Stockholm School of Economics. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the golf course competing and hanging out with friends.
