Since joining Clearwater in 2016, I’ve been fortunate to advise a varied and exceptional client base on transformative deals with a particular focus on the healthcare space. Each deal, client, and situation has its quirks and requires its unique approach and strategy. The varying nature of the role and the desire to achieve an excellent outcome for one of the most important moments of a client’s life is what keeps me ticking. I spent the first years of my career training as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, working with clients from local charities through to the FTSE100. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me being chased around the woods by my young family.

I joined Clearwater in 2022 as part of the graduate scheme, just after completing my degree in Economics International Finance & Banking. I am now in an Associate role, working across a range of transactions supporting both private equity and owner-managed businesses through the M&A process. Outside of work, I am a keen rugby player and, while at university, I played professional rugby for four years for Nottingham Rugby. I am currently playing with Richmond RFC in National 1.

I joined Clearwater in January 2024, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton and after spending three years in the investment banking team at Zeus Capital. I’m currently a Senior Associate based in Manchester, working closely with all stakeholders in a transaction including founders, owner-managers, management teams, and private equity
