Clearwater International has advised All Styles on its sale to MS2 Invest

Clearwater International has advised the owners of All Styles, one of the largest Scandinavian concept partners in the accessories and care products sector, on its sale to investment company, MS2 Invest.

Founded in 1973, All Styles is a wholesaler of accessories such as hair ornaments, bijouterie, scarves, and personal care products. The company supplies leading retail chains in the Nordics, leveraging the synergies between its portfolio of own brands and private label brands. All Styles has established itself as a preferred concept partner in accessories and personal care, with a strong value proposition and proven ability to scale the product category with its customers, thanks to a deep understanding of consumer needs and contemporary market trends.

MS2 Invest is a Danish investment company, focusing on Danish production and service companies, as an active partner for management and board members. Through this partnership, All Styles gain the opportunity to expand its concept and reach in the Nordics, benefiting from MS2 Invest’s experience in similar investments. With All Styles, MS2 Invest adds a well-run company to its portfolio, with the potential to further accelerate its growth.
