Davide Mereghetti

Starting at a top London trading floor, I pioneered the derivatives market. Back in Italy, I took on increasing roles, becoming Head of Investment Banking at UniCredit, where for two decades I led the bank to leadership in M&A and ECM. I assumed the role of Vice President of the Italian branch in February 2024.

I joined Clearwater in 2023 after graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics, with previous experience in real estate and stock brokerage. At Clearwater, I enjoy the fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as collaborating closely with entrepreneurs to navigate transactions together with the team. When out of the office, I enjoy trying new recipes, working out, and travelling.

Joshua Adesoba

I joined Clearwater in November 2023, as an IT Executive in the Manchester office. Prior to this, I worked for David Luke Ltd. as a Systems Administrator for their IT team. I also completed a degree apprenticeship in IT Consultancy at Manchester Metropolitan University, while working at Stockport Council from 2017-2021. I've been involved in different IT roles over the years, from web design to programming to IT support, and I'm excited to continue developing my skills in a team full of leading industry professionals.
