Clearwater International advises the owners of CS electric on its sale to Caverion

Clearwater International has advised CS electric, the leading Danish player in technical engineering, electrification and automation services, on its sale to the Finish technical entrepreneurial company, Caverion.

CS electric is an agile service company that develops, designs, serves and optimises sustainable technology solutions for the marine, industrial and energy sectors, within electricity, automation, robot and data technology. Having grown significantly since its establishment in 1973, it now has 60+ employees. The company is based in Esbjerg, an important Danish centre for growth, for both renewable energy and offshore oil and gas.

Based in Vantaa, Finland, Caverion makes built environments that are smart and sustainable, enabling performance and people’s well-being. Their customer network is supported by more than 14,000 professionals, across 10 European countries.

This transaction boosts Caverion’s design, engineering, service and installation capacities. Aligned to their existing activities in Esbjerg, the company will employ around 140 staff in the city after the sale. This will enable them to become an even stronger local supplier, in support of the green transition and future growth in the region.
