Clearwater International advises Tepac on its sale to Storskogen

Clearwater International has advised Tepac, a pipe replacement business, on its sale to Storskogen.

Founded in 2001 by Fredrick Englund and Patrik Antonsson, Tepac has established itself as one of the leading players within pipe replacements in Greater Stockholm. The customer base primarily consists of housing cooperatives and the Company is one of few service providers in its segment that performs pipe replacements while residents are still living in their apartments. Since the beginning, Tepac has had a clear goal to continuously streamline the pipe replacement process and the Company has successfully designed a work method that consistently ensures quality and customer satisfaction.

Tepac had approximately 35 employees, a turnover of approximately €12.6m (SEK 134m) and an EBITDA of about €2.8m (SEK 30m) during the previous fiscal year. Storskogen acquired a majority share, but the Tepec’s founders remain in operative roles in the management team.
