Clearwater International advises Partnerships in Children's Services (PiCS) on joining forces with Core Assets Group to create the UK's exemplar national specialist fostering network
The new network has a clear vision to significantly enhance the delivery of best-in-class fostering and children’s services across the country. It brings together a number of the UK’s leading fostering and children’s services agencies including CAG’s Core Assets Children’s Services, Foster Care Associates, Fostering People, Active Care Solutions, Adopters for Adoption and LCS (Leaving Care Solutions), alongside PICS’ Clifford House, FosterPlus, ISP and Orange Grove.
The enlarged network creates the opportunity for CAG and PICS to combine resources, expertise and specialisms to further enhance their high quality of care and continue delivering the very best outcomes for the children in their care.
UK demand for foster care remains high as a result of population growth and changes to eligibility criteria. Councils are seeing increasing demand for placements that can cater for children and young people with complex care needs.
