Clearwater International advises DomusVi on the creation and financing of a real estate investment vehicle (OPCI) dedicated to the construction and ownership of its nursing homes, for the second time
Clearwater International has advised DomusVi on the creation and financing of its second OPCI dedicated to the construction of its nursing homes for the dependent elderly - DomusVi raised €139 million to finance this new portfolio.
Founded in 1983, DomusVi is one of the leaders in caring for people made vulnerable by age or illness in eight different countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, the Netherlands, and in Latin America thanks to innovative services, places and therapies that preserve their quality of life and their social relationships.
Their first portfolio, which consisted of 10 residences, included more than 900 beds for a total investment of €120 million and was financed through the ImmoVi OPCI in April 2020.
This second OPCI, ImmoVi II, represents a total investment of €139 million and is financed by Société Générale, Crédit Agricole, CM-CIC, and BNP Paribas. This new portfolio includes eight new facilities and two residences in need of major renovation, for nearly 900 beds.
