Profile

I joined Clearwater International in September 2022. After graduating in Industrial Technology Engineering, I started my career at Alcan (known today as Rio Tinto) and then moved into management consultancy. Firstly, working for the Japanese company, JMAC, and then Arthur D Little, where I oversaw the supply chain and operations.

I held the roles of General Manager and Managing Director for Ferrovie Nord Milano Cargo and SNCF Fret Italia (known today as Captrain), managing the start-up of activities in the freight sector. Also, I embarked on entrepreneurial activities in the logistics sector by creating a collaborative, cloud-based supply chain platform, which I later sold to a system integrator.

Later, I worked as an independent adviser in the technology and services sector. Over the last seven years, I created the TMT division of Fineurop Soditic M&A boutique that generated and managed over 20 transactions. This included the entry of THCP into Secnewgate and the subsequential purchase of GSG, the sale of HWG to Investcorp, an adviser to DGS on the acquisition of a company partner of ServiceNow for its portfolio company HIG, plus the acquisition for Assist Digital of an active Dutch company in the salesforce world.

I have gained knowledge in the digital technology sector and I enjoy supporting entrepreneurs grow their companies through identifying specific targets, private equity funds in primary deals (such as Equinox with Quind, Apax France with BIP), and buy and build processes.

I’m also a lecturer in IT for Company Networks at SUPSI, the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, part of the graduate program of Management Engineering.
