Profile

I joined Clearwater International in July 2022, working in the Frankfurt office.

Being part of the Debt Advisory team, I focus on suitable financing structures for medium-sized companies and advise our clients on various financing considerations throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Clearwater, I spent three years with UniCredit, in their capital structure advisory team, as well as their M&A department. Before UniCredit, I gained my first professional experience as a working student at a Munich-based private equity boutique focusing on small-cap succession solutions and special situations.

I hold an MSc degree in Finance from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Maastricht University.
