I am a founding Partner of the Italian office; my prior experience includes positions at E-Capital Partners, acquired by Mittel in 2008, where I advised on sales and acquisitions in various sectors, and Mittel Corporate Finance (M&A unit), where I was also responsible for de-listings and public takeover bids for companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.
I’m also a chartered accountant and auditor and hold positions at several important companies owned by institutional investors.
I have a degree in Economics and Business with a specialisation in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University of Milan.
