Clearwater International appoints new financial services partner
Clearwater International has appointed James Barraclough as a partner to lead its London-based financial services team.
With over 15 years' experience, Barraclough joins Clearwater from BDO where he spent nine years leading the financial services M&A team. He previously worked for Ford Campbell and PwC.
Barraclough's deal credentials cover a wide range of private equity and corporate clients including the sale of YFM Private Equity, the sale of Herald Trust to JTC, Accel Partners' €22m investment into World Remit, and the acquisition of Wealth at Work.
In his new role, he will be using this experience to work with mid-market clients focussing especially on the debt management, wealth management and insurance markets.
