Clearwater International advises Vivamus on its sale to Altiden, a subsidiary of Swedish Ambea
Clearwater International has advised Vivamus A/S (Vivamus), a leading care home provider for children and young adults diagnosed within the autism spectrum, on its sale to Altiden Omsorg A/S (Altiden), a subsidiary of the listed Swedish Ambea AB (Ambea).
Founded in 2009, Vivamus operates eight residential units with a total of 65 beds. Vivamus’ focuses on children and young adults aged 12-30 years that are diagnosed within the autism spectrum, often combined with ADHD or comorbidity. All residential units are located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Altiden is the Danish operation of Ambea, a market leading care provider in the Nordics with over 900 care units and around 26,000 employees. Altiden is Denmark’s largest private care provider offering care homes, nursing homes, home care, rehabilitation and other social services for children, young adults, adults and elderly and has approximately 1,000 employees.
Through the acquisitions, Altiden strengthens its position within care homes for children and young adults and expand the operations in the region of Copenhagen.
