Clearwater International advises Vitaprotech Group on its existing debt refinancing, growth financing, and the acquisition of ARD
The Vitaprotech Group, a leading player in the security and access management of vital sites, announces the acquisition of ARD, a leading French player in access control and electronic banking.
With the support of BPI France and Eurazeo PME since July 2018, the Group aims to become a European leader in the field of sensitive sites security.
This acquisition is combined with a global refinancing in the form of a bond debt provided by Goldman Sachs Private Capital and a French LAB financing from BPI Financement. This new financing structure also includes a CapEx facility to support the Group's external growth strategy.
