Clearwater International advises Vector ITC on its acquisition of Ágora from Groupo Damm

Clearwater International has advised the technology and digital solutions group Vector ITC on the acquisition of the consulting firm Ágora from Grupo Damm (Damm).

Based in Spain, Vector ITC develops software and provides information and communication technology solutions. Founded in 2002, the Company has developed a strong position in the Spanish market, with more than 2,500 employees as well as offering services in Peru, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, United States, Costa Rica, Paraguay, United Kingdom and Germany.

Ágora, founded in 2000, specialises in process optimisation throughout the supply chain, from demand planning to stock optimisation and transportation. It has a portfolio of more than 60 clients, including Pepsico, Leroy Merlin, Supersol, Carrefour and Grupo Cofares.

With this acquisition, Vector ITC consolidates its strategic positioning and extends its product portfolio in the food & beverage distribution and logistics industry. In addition, it takes a step forward in the process of national and international expansion that will allow Vector ITC to open new offices in Barcelona and Murcia, while further afield it will gain a presence in South American countries such as Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, and that will be added to those it already has in the UK, the United States, Colombia, Chile and Peru.
