Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of the Polyclinique du Parc Rambot Group on the disposal of a minority stake to the Saint-Gatien Group.
Created in 1975, the Polyclinique du Parc Rambot Group which operates two private clinics in Aix-en-Provence (Polyclinique du Parc Rambot and Polyclinique du Parc Rambot-Provençale) is now the market leader of healthcare services in the region, with an annual turnover of €46m in 2017.
In the first half of 2019, the group will open the “Hôpital Privé de Provence” in the southern part of Aix-en-Provence that combines the two current buildings (30,000sqm, 319 beds and 25 operating rooms). In this context, the transaction demonstrates an ambitious effort towards development and the beginning of a strong partnership between these two groups.
