Clearwater International advises the City of Wiesbaden on €50m debt financing
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to the City of Wiesbaden on the structuring of an unsecured long-term financing with a volume of €50m.
The financing was provided by selected institutional investors. In connection with the financing process, favourable conditions could be achieved especially regarding the maturity (30 years) and the coupon of the term loan.
The funds were used to finance the construction of a multi-utility building in the centre of the City of Wiesbaden, which includes a sports centre as well as commercial premises.
