Clearwater International advises Pro Optix on its sale to Lifco

Clearwater International has advised Pro Optix, a distributor of fibre optic transceivers, fibre cables, wavelength-division multiplexing, measuring instruments and communication equipment for the European fibre network market on its sale to Lifco.

Pro Optix was founded in 2010 and has since established a leading position in a niche market. Their clients include systems integrators, telecoms and internet operators as well as city networks.
