Clearwater International advises Ornikar on securing €35m investment from BPI (the French Sovereign Fund) and Idinvest
Ornikar is a leading driving school (with more than 20% market share in 2018) as well as a pioneer and leader in online driving education in France. The company is growing at an annual rate of 300% and has already reached its break-even point this year. The business had previously raised €11M from flagship French investment funds and entrepreneurs.
Ornikar has already started its international expansion, with presence in Spain and Germany, and plans to grow in other European markets.
Ornikar is also launching complementary services such as car rentals, car sales and insurance services with the objective of being the undisputed leading European player in mobility services for young people.
