Clearwater International advises on the management buy-out of Abbey Wealth Management, backed by Allied Irish Bank

Clearwater International has advised Abbey Wealth Management (Abbey) on its management buy-out, backed by Allied Irish Bank (AIB).

Directors and highly valued advisers led by Chief Executive Victor France completed the MBO of Abbey, a specialist expatriate advisory firm.

Established in 2007 by founders Adrian Grove, Calvin Thomas and Liam Speake, Abbey offers retirement planning, investment advice and financial planning for internationally mobile clients, primarily in Europe. The business has over €897m (£750m) Assets Under Advice and over 3,500 valued clients.
