Clearwater International advises Mos Mosh on its majority sale to German private equity fund, Findos Investor

Clearwater International advised the owner of MOS MOSH, a Danish womenswear brand, on the majority sale to German private equity fund, Findos Investor.

MOS MOSH, founded in 2010 by Kim Hyldahl, specialises in high-end jeans and trousers for women. Its recipe for success is a combination of premium quality and an excellent fit with tasteful details making the jeans and pants stand out from the crowd. Today, the company has extensive geographical coverage in Europe, with Germany being its largest market.

Findos Investor is a mid-market private equity fund, backed exclusively by prestigious German family-owned companies as investors. Jeanswear is a familiar sector to Findos Investor, which in 2015 acquired Angels Jeanswear, a leading value for money women’s jeans brand in the DACH region.
