Clearwater International advises Mobeus Equity Partners on the acquisition of Access Partnership

Clearwater International has provided buy-side support to Mobeus Equity Partners on the acquisition of a minority stake in the international public policy consulting firm, Access Partnership.

Access Partnership was founded in 1999, and advises many of the world’s largest technology companies on matters ranging from data policy to infrastructure regulation and compliance. The business is headquartered in London, and manages its international service offering from offices in the US, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

The investment will enable the consultancy to expand its services geographically, and grow the number of verticals affected by changes in data rules.
