Clearwater International advises Brisant Secure on its investment from BGF
Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of Brisant Secure (Brisant), a designer and supplier of door locks and hardware, on its investment from Business Growth Fund (BGF), the UK’s most active growth capital investor.
Based in Dewsbury, Brisant is a supplier of premium quality security hardware to locksmiths and the fenestration market, as well as a growing direct to homeowner offering. The investment will secure Brisant’s ambitious long-term growth plans and enable the company to develop further innovations and opportunities.
Nick Dutton and Steve Stewart, remain majority shareholders and will continue to be responsible for the management and direction of Brisant, and will continue to drive product innovation that smashes hardware standards for the benefit of customers and the industry.
