I am a Director based in our Manchester office and since joining Clearwater in March 2017, I have completed a number of high profile transactions across the UK. My recent completed deals include the sale of O’Connors Group to Triton Partners, the sale of LDC backed ChargePoint Technology to Arcline Investments, WJ receiving a majority investment from THI Investments and Evolution Aqua receiving a minority investment from BGF.

I am part of the Industrials and Chemicals team and lead our UK efforts within the Infrastructure Services market covering specialist Utility, Renewable, Highway, Rail and Telecom services as well as Equipment as a Service.

Before joining Clearwater I was part of PwC Manchester’s audit team. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant during my time at PwC and worked on a variety of clients including listed corporates, private equity backed and owner managed businesses.

Clearwater presented me with an opportunity to join a fast-growing and entrepreneurial business with some fantastic international opportunities. Our main focus is to deliver life changing outcomes for our clients and this is something which keeps me highly motivated on a daily basis.
