Profile

I joined Clearwater International's French team when it was founded in early 2011.

Along with the other partners, I oversee the development of our healthcare expertise across MedTech, medical equipment/consumables, pharmacy services, and healthcare delivery, amongst others. Our unique leadership in the healthcare sector delivers around 10 deals per year in France, reinforced by a healthcare team across 16 countries in Europe. In addition, we have our exclusive partnership with the healthcare M&A boutique Cain Brothers, in the US.

Whilst at Clearwater, I have had the opportunity to execute a number of transactions in other sectors, including business services, automotive, and tech, working alongside Jérémy Sartre. Currently, I also oversee the CSR strategy of the Paris office, for which we were rewarded as the Best CSR Bank.

At Clearwater, we are committed to building creative and appropriate solutions for our clients, with strong team involvement and a recognised commitment from partners. Our goal is to build trusting, long-lasting, and empathetic relationships. It’s with this philosophy that I have completed more than 50 transactions over the last few years, of all sizes, often with an international component.

As far as my career path is concerned, I began specialising in corporate finance at Neoma (formerly Sup de Co Reims). I then moved to PwC, before joining Clearwater when the first French office opened.

In addition to family commitments, I also enjoy athletics. I remain involved in numerous associative and humanitarian commitments, having lived in Latin America for several months, where my family and I were involved in a local association. Finally, I also spend time studying and developing investment opportunities for start-ups.
