I am a Partner focused on the TMT sector. I joined Clearwater International in 2021, having previously covered the TMT sector at DC Advisory for 13 years. I have over 17 years of deal experience and have advised clients ranging from high growth founder owned businesses to much larger PE backed businesses, PE and corporates.
I am passionate about the technology and media sectors and I sit on the board of a marketing technology start-up. This helps to keep me in the flow of the most recent market trends and ultimately give better advice to my clients at Clearwater International.
I have experience across most of the TMT sectors but have particular expertise in the Digital Media, Marketing Technology, Data and Analytics, Software and e-commerce sectors. Given TMT is international, the vast majority of my deals involve a cross border element and I regularly transact with global buyers including those in the US, Europe and Asia.
