In September 2022, I joined Clearwater International as an Associate in the Debt Advisory and M&A team.
Previously, I worked for Roland Berger in the RPT division, focusing on Debt Advisory and M&A. Prior to this, I spent three years at Patrimonium Asset Management AG in the Private Debt team, with a focus on direct lending (leveraged finance) and special situations, including distressed debt financing.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Accounting, from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and a Master of Laws degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Furthermore, I hold a Master of Science degree in Finance (post-experience) from the London Business School.
