I am a Corporate Finance Director in the Leeds office and a member of Clearwater International’s Industrials and Chemicals team. I joined Clearwater International in 2020, having previously worked at Leeds based independent corporate finance firm, Park Place Corporate Finance and before that in the corporate finance team at BDO in Leeds.

I joined Clearwater International with 15 years’ experience in M&A, having advised on a broad range of transactions including owner-managed businesses, large corporates and private equity. Recent deals include advising LDC and Stroma on its exit to Phenna Group, advising Estio Training on its sale to BPP, in a landmark transaction that represented Palatine Impact Fund’s first exit, and advising Etex on its acquisition of Sigmat.

I joined Clearwater International because the opportunity to join a sector-focused, international advisory firm with deep private equity relationships and debt advisory capabilities was compelling.
