I’m a Director in Clearwater International’s London office, with a focus on the TMT sector. I joined Clearwater International in 2017 and have seven years’ experience in corporate finance. In this time, I have completed a number of transactions and strategic advisory assignments across a range of Technology sub-sectors including Software, IT and tech enabled services, Digital transformation and Technology infrastructure. Clients and counterparties have included a range of public and private corporates as well as financial sponsors including LDC, Tenzing, Inflexion, Livingbridge, BGF and WestBridge Capital.

The variety of the client base and projects I have been involved in during my time at Clearwater have contributed to significantly accelerating my personal development and professional network. I enjoy being part of Clearwater’s highly committed and team-orientated environment.

I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated with a first class degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. My previous employers include BDO and Opus Corporate Finance, a boutique mid-market M&A advisory firm based in London.
