I lead the European Consumer sector team at Clearwater International, having joined the firm in 2022 with 20 years of specialist mid-market corporate finance expertise across travel, leisure, e-commerce and consumer brands. I’m also Head of Clearwater’s London office, where I am focussed on leading the ongoing development of the team and driving the region’s strategy and goals.
During my career, I have completed over 60 deals with a combined deal value of over €3bn. Some of my deal highlights include leading the sale of Travel Chapter twice (2018 and 2021), advising KKR backed Travelopia twice, advising the shareholders of Watchfinder.co.uk on the sale to Richemont and advising Vitruvian Partners on its investments in both Travel Counsellors and MPB.com.
Prior to joining Clearwater, I was a Managing Director in the Global Consumer team at Houlihan Lokey, having joined Altium Capital in 2013 as Co-Head of Consumer, becoming GCA Altium in 2016 and Houlihan Lokey in 2021. I started my career qualifying as a chartered accountant at EY, following which I spent eight years gaining mid-market experience at Livingstone Partners (now Arrowpoint Advisory). Back in the dim and distant past I graduated from Durham University with a degree in Geography.
Throughout my career the thing that has given me most satisfaction has been working with great people to deliver outstanding client outcomes – in Clearwater I have joined a firm with fantastic momentum where I am surrounded by likeminded people.
