I joined Clearwater International in 2012 from US mid-market M&A boutique Lincoln International. I have been working in the corporate finance industry for 15 years and began my career at Credit Suisse after graduating from ESCP, majoring in corporate finance. Overall, I have completed over 40 transactions and I focus on real estate, healthcare (especially childcare, pharma and cosmetics), and financial services.

I have worked with a variety of clients including private equity firms Bridgepoint, Chequers, Naxicap, Vespa Capital, and with companies such as Primonial, Vivarte, and Crèches de France.

What attracted me to Clearwater was its tailor-made advisory services, and the fact that it has developed long-term relationships with clients who know they can rely on Clearwater for delivering smooth transactions. I also particularly enjoy the wide variety of projects and clients that I work with.
