Clearwater International Ireland advises on the MBO of Brightwater Recruitment
Clearwater International Ireland has advised the key shareholders and management team of Brightwater Recruitment (Brightwater) on the buyout of the company.
Barbara McGrath, Managing Director, John O’Donnell, Finance Director, and Estelle Davis, Executive Research Director, led the MBO backed by a consortium advised by FinRes. The transaction sees a successful exit for a number of shareholders whilst positioning the company for further success under its new ownership structure.
