Clearwater International has advised by Lassen on its sale to Buurskov & Lassen Maskinfabrik

Clearwater International has advised the owners of the Danish design company by Lassen ApS (by Lassen), on its sale to Buurskov & Lassen Maskinfabrik ApS, the main manufacturer of by Lassen products. Buurskov & Lassen Maskinfabrik is owned by Søren Lassen, who is also co-owner of by Lassen, and a member of the Lassen family.

by Lassen develops and sells high quality accessories and furniture, and the product portfolio includes by Lassen’s own designs and numerous iconic pieces such as Kubus (candle holder) and The Tired Man (easy chair) designed by the acknowledged architect brothers Mogens and Flemming Lassen.
