Clearwater International advises Nexxpro on sale of minority stake to Haitong
Nexxpro is a young company, founded in 2001, that focuses on the development and manufacture of plastic and fiber helmets coated with different materials.
Its brand - Nexx Helmets - is becoming increasingly recognised worldwide and its products have won both national and international awards for quality and design. Currently, the brand has representation in more than 50 countries.
To meet the fast growing demand for its helmets, which was displayed through a growth in turnover of circa 62% between 2011 and 2014, the company has an ongoing plan to expand its production capacity which includes the construction of a new plant.
